Hours and Closures
Starting February 2nd, 2026, clients can submit requests to AFO’s online intake form Monday through Wednesday at 12 pm. Clients can anticipate an AFO staff member to reach out between 10 am and 4 pm on funding support days. Find more information on our Help Page.
AFO is closed on weekends, holidays, and the last two weeks each year. AFO also schedules designated periods of internal staff planning during which our intake is closed. Those periods are announced in advance and noted on our Help Page. Recognized holidays include:
